I had a wonderful stay at this hotel in Bialystok. The receptionists were incredibly friendly and spoke great English. The location was perfect - close enough to walk to the center, but still quiet. The hotel offered plenty of services and amenities, including free parking. The decor was tasteful and created a pleasant atmosphere. The rooms facing the back were cooler and quieter, which was a nice bonus. The on-site restaurant was also great, even though it was a bit pricey. The blinds in the windows were much appreciated. a fantastic experience.
100% Recommend this hotel.

During my recent stay at a lovely hotel close to the hospital complex, I experienced outstanding service. When I arrived, I requested an additional night and the receptionist assured me they would take care of it. The next morning, I was pleasantly surprised to learn that they had indeed sorted out the extension without any inconvenience for me. The staff's helpfulness and dedication to their guests truly made my stay flawless. Additionally, the beautiful surroundings and wonderful amenities added to the overall positive experience. Thank you, Willa Pastel!
My room at the hotel lacked air conditioning or a fan, making it uncomfortably hot and humid, especially considering the high temperatures outside. The absence of a cooling system also led to noise disturbances from leaving the window open.
